A: Yes. Darwish Cotton works with emerging designers, private-label brands, and established labels across the United States and Europe, offering low and flexible minimum order quantities, consistent quality control, and direct factory communication without intermediaries.

A: Over the past 36 years, we have exported premium Egyptian cotton and linen products to the United States, Canada, Brazil, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Italy, Denmark, Russia, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, and Libya.

Q: What stages of production do you control in-house?
A: All of them — yarn to fabric (knitting and weaving), cutting, sewing, embroidery, printing, finishing, and packaging. The cutting stage includes pattern making, marking, spreading, cutting, fusing press, and bank-knife finishing before pieces move to sewing.

Q: What machinery do you use?
A: Modern German and japanese machinery, combined with traditional Egyptian textile expertise and ongoing skilled-labor training programs.

Q: What is the thread count range for your bedsheets and bed sets?
A: 300 to 1200 thread count.

Q: Do you produce uniforms for institutional or corporate clients?
A: Yes — the factory produces uniforms and training suits, including for organizations such as AUC, BUE, Shell, and DHL.

Q: Do you offer custom embroidery or printing?
A: Yes. In-house embroidery and printing include custom designs and special finishes.

Q: Which markets do you export to?
A: Europe, North America, and Asia, in addition to supplying Darwish Cotton's own retail stores across Upper Egypt. Alexandria's port location supports this export reach.

A: Yes — we manufacture to the GSM and yarn count requested by the client.
 

Q: Do you sell fabric?
A: Yes — we supply fabric in single jersey, piqué, and summer milton knits, plus woven bedsheet fabric ranging from 250 TC to 1200 TC.
